1. Refunds & Returns
We accept return or refund requests for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect within 14 days of delivery.
To start a claim, email info@madhits.co with your order number, description of the issue, and a photo or short video if possible.
If the item qualifies, we’ll issue a refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Refunds are issued only if a replacement isn’t possible or the item was never received.
For safety and quality assurance, products that have been opened or used can’t be returned — but if yours shows a defect right out of the box, reach out and we’ll take care of it fast.
2. Limited Warranty (60 Days)
Beyond the initial 14-day return period, all Mad Hits™ batteries and electronic products include a 60-day limited warranty covering manufacturer defects under normal use.
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, modification, or physical impact

Normal wear, cosmetic damage, or issues caused by third-party chargers or cartridges

Loss or theft
If your product develops a covered defect within 60 days of purchase, contact info@madhits.co and we’ll arrange a replacement or equivalent resolution.6
