At MadHits™, we work hard to get your order out fast. Most individual retail orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center. You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is on the way.

Retail (D2C) Orders
Orders for individual Mad Hits™ batteries or accessories are typically shipped within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS.
Wholesale & Custom Orders
Bulk orders, branded batteries, and custom designs are produced to order. These jobs generally require approximately 6 weeks for production and transit before delivery. Timelines can vary depending on order volume, customization complexity, and international shipping conditions.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all U.S. states where vape-related hardware is legal to purchase and receive.
We also offer international shipping upon request , delivery times and shipping costs for international orders vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout or quoted directly when applicable.

Retail orders ship at a simple flat-rate fee, displayed at checkout.
Wholesale and custom orders are charged shipping based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact info@madhits.co within 7 days of delivery so we can file a claim and make it right.
